Hamsters are crepuscular (most active at dawn and dusk) and have very specific needs that are often undersold in typical pet shop advice. The most important things to know: hamsters need far more space than commonly sold cages provide (minimum 80x50cm floor space), deep bedding of at least 30cm to burrow in, a solid-floor wheel of appropriate size for running, and a diet based on a high-quality hamster mix supplemented with fresh food.
Our hamster range covers pelleted and seed mix foods, deep substrate bedding materials, solid-floor running wheels in appropriate sizes, hideout houses, and sandbath supplies (sand bathing is important for coat cleanliness, particularly in dwarf species).
