Intestinal worms are extremely common in Bangladeshi dogs, particularly in dogs who spend time outdoors, eat grass, or have contact with other animals. Roundworm, tapeworm, hookworm, and whipworm are the most common culprits — each causing different symptoms including weight loss, pot-bellied appearance, diarrhoea, anaemia, and general poor condition.
Our deworming range includes broad-spectrum tablets and chewable treats effective against multiple worm species in a single dose. Adult dogs should be dewormed every 3–6 months; puppies need monthly treatment from 2 weeks old through to 6 months of age.
Some deworming products also cover heartworm prevention — important for dogs in Bangladesh where mosquitoes (the heartworm vector) are abundant. Check product labels carefully and consult your vet for an appropriate prevention schedule.
